Our high-speed decoration process personalizes your packaging with state-of-the-art foil stamping or heat transfer. Both processes provide high-quality, personalized options to optimize your packaging. Both Hot Stamping and Heat Transfer offer a variety of options for closures, flexible & rigid tubes, vials, bottles, tottles, and jars. We also accommodate almost any shape, including: rounds, squares, ovals, and irregular shapes/contours.

Our Hot Stamping Process offers the following:

• Part sizes from 3/8" (10mm) to 6" (150mm)
• Foil width capacity up to 6" (150 mm)
• Metallic and pigment foils, gloss, matte, or holographic
• Roll-on, tip stamp, embossing on plastic or glass
• Speeds up to 30 ppm
• Registration to eye marks, deco lugs, SS or offset printing
• Hot stamp placement
• Height +/- 1/32"
• Askew +/- 1/32"
• Registration +/- 1/18"

Our Heat Transfer Labeling Process accommodates the following:

• Part sizes from 3/8" (10mm) to 3 ½" (89mm)
• Speeds up to 20 ppm
• Full over wrap
• Spot Labeling (registered or non-registered)
• Label width capacity from1" (25mm) to 4" (100mm)
• Label rolls: 12" OD on 3" or 6" core
• Label placement specifications:
• Height +/- 1/32"
• Askew +/- 1/32"
• Registration +/- 1/18"
